I am only interested in investments of companies in the USA. I only invest on behalf of an entity - never ever on behalf of myself as an individual. If your pitch doesn't meet the investment criteria predetermined by these entities, it is a full deal-breaker, with no offense to you or your ideas. Helpful tip for your pitch: The Deal" section of your pitch is the perfect place to include some information about what type(s) of investment you are open to and the terms (e.g. I am interested in a silent investor. I am offering 10% of my company for $10,000, etc.). Leaving it blank or saying "negotiable" is not helpful, when that's already going to be the first question I ask you to answer.
