I'm an individual investor with experience in the financial services sector. I've expertise in the marketing and communication fields and run a marketing agency in Edinburgh. We are increasingly supporting our clients using online and social media. I qualified in Marketing from Stirling Uni and went to work for Prudential, Baillie Gifford and Standard Life in a range of marketing roles. I then set up my marketing comms agency and have writers and designers working for me. The success of my business means I am interested in reinvesting the capital to diversify my own revenue streams, and am looking for potential investments that complement my skills. I have strong contacts in the finance sector which may be useful in terms of contacts. I can also add a commercial and marketing edge to a company looking to commercialise its products and services. I am flexible about the degree of involvement in your company, depending on whether you require certain skills.
