I worked in the Collection Agency industry from 1985 until 2013. From 1999 until 2013 I owned my own agency that I took from my 4th bedroom in my house to 20 employees and to $2mil a year in revenue. I sold out to my ex wife and took my money and started flipping houses. I have done 20 homes in the last 8 years. I had 4 rentals but I am currently down to 2. I also trade stocks and options every morning. I am now trying to find different sources for reoccurring income and long term.
