An engineer, test pilot and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience of flying and testing both large passenger aircraft and military fast jets. I am a Director of a consulting company, where I lead small teams to provide strategic advice to clients on the flight test, certification, operational safety and design of aircraft.

As both a chartered engineer and a test pilot, I bridge the gap between the flight test team and the design engineers, resulting in successful delivery of outcomes within agreed timeframes, cost and safety parameters. Methods created to define and monitor project deliveries, using analytical and risk-based approaches, have now been successfully transferred to industries outside aviation.
