I have direct and highly successful experience of building companies from the ground up and have structured many types of US and international corporate finance strategies and capital markets transactions.
My experience includes helping Companies organize themselves as an attractive candidate for funding. These strategies include cross-border, public listings on single or multiple stock exchanges including the US, UK, Sweden and others.
