This affiliation allows us to provide not only financial investment, but also strategic, commercial and operational support to management. We act rapidly to provide incisive solutions to complex business situations. Valorem Capital seeks investment opportunities that have the following key criteria:

A proven service or product A viable target market An objective core management team whom we can support Short term funding/financial control issues We will not invest in start-ups or provide venture capital for the development of concepts or technologies. Our investment experience covers a broad range of sectors including, but not limited to, Business Services, Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Marketing and Leisure. Our typical investment size is anything up to £500,000. We generally require a controlling stake.
