My current business interests include Restaurant, Pub, off licence and a Night club, with a current turnover in excess of 3 million. An ideal investment for me would be a business in one of the trades mentioned above, but my interests are varied and I am willing to look at other areas. My preference would be to have some type of active role within the new company.
