职业背景

After training as a scientist I worked in new product development for Unilever Research from 1970 to 1978. I then took up the role of visiting staff trainer at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Center for Creative Leadership is the USA’s foremost provider of public leadership development programmes. On returning to the UK I set up Cambridge Management Centres plc and was director of the organisation through to its acquisition by ASK Europe plc in 1998. Cambridge Management Centres had a strong reputation for its leadership development and team building programmes and ran such programmes in Europe, Africa and Asia. I now focus on executive coaching and team building.
