I am currently based in Cancun, although I go back and forth between here and Spain. My tax base is in Illinois. I'm in the process of closing my construction company that I founded in 2005. I just turned 40 and I'm mostly retired, except that I'm always scouring for investment opportunities.
Currently I'm in several 506b syndication investments: senior living facilities, military housing, storage facilities, mobile home parks, new subdivision developments, apartment communities and mixed use properties. These investments are paying me preferred returns between 8-10% and IRR between 15-28% I also have money in the stock market and own 5 rental houses. Lastly, I own an income generating website that's giving me an annual CoC return of 48%.
