I am a senior executive with over 20 years of experience that includes leading strategy and management of billion-dollar ecommerce properties for leading global retailers, with over 15 years in leadership roles at Bed Bath & Beyond, Toys R Us, and currently at Walmart Marketplace.

Over my career, I have developed significant expertise spanning P&L management, data mining and web analytics, digital marketing, web merchandising, and monetization strategy. My recent experience also includes serving as a Techstars program mentor to advise a cohort of startups in the accelerator, and I am also a Board Member of the Dream to Succeed nonprofit focused on lifting the Latino community in the STEM field.
